Another Brazilian in Dublin.was attacked and nearly killed. A 26 year old hard working food delivery guy was attacked by yet another gang of feral teens, attacking with impunity, who wanted to rob his bike and phone. They broke his shoulder and attacked him to the head with a wooden bat. He ended up with a clot on.the brain. We now need to change national laws for dealing with minors in order to prosecute and incarcerated these violent feral teens. If they were in the USA they would all be incarcerated by now.
