One of the great things about running retreats is the people we meet..
So a few weeks ago we hosted this Indian lady, who lives in the US and used to run an Indian Restraunt there.. and she loves cooking of course and sharing.. And I love Indian food, but especially the food from the south of India. I used to think that to make masala dosas was really complicated. Well, itโs actually not! But I am still experimenting with different variations to get the proper texture. So so tasty with raw coconut chutney and tomato chutney. Be prepared when you come on our retreat these days, you may be enjoying a bit of South Indian deliciousness!
