Those with the least self-worth are generally the most inclined to wave the flag of whatever trending ‘noble and virtuous’ cause the outrage machine promotes next.

Those who struggle to find virtue in themselves hide behind defending the world’s problems instead of looking in the mirror at the real perpetrator.

You’re not broken - you don’t need to be fixed - you need to be HEARD & SEEN- you need your trauma acknowledged not medicated - many ‘ologists’ & therapists are low information box tickers - many now using AI - replacing humanness with technologisation - life is tough - but we’ve been sold the pervasive lie that happiness as a constant state is possible - I wonder if we acknowledged that life is tough with moments of joyful reprieve what difference would that make ? Freud stated that the aim of therapy is not to achieve perpetual happiness but to transform ‘hysterical misery into common unhappiness’ REMEMBER there’s no money in wellness -

It feels with its whole body.
It remembers without a brain.
It shapeshifts, hides, escapes—
not out of fear, but survival.

It loses limbs, then grows them back.
Soft, fluid, and wildly intelligent.
Like us—
learning to adapt, to heal,
to become something new
after everything changes.

The body remembers.
The body protects.
The body heals.
The body is infinite intelligence .
