If your baby is calm and has good quality sleep, then this will have a knock-on effect around the home.

Structure around bedtime ✔️
Routine in the home = more organised ✔️
Not waking older siblings throughout the night ✔️
Mam & Dad get some rest (🤞🤞) ✔️

None of the above are guaranteed, but the massage routine is definitely beneficial for little ones who find it difficult to self regulate at bedtime.

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Baltinglass Park junior parkrun starting Sunday, November 9th at 9:30am in Baltinglass Park! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

What is junior parkrun?

A free, fun, and friendly 2km event for children aged 4–14 whether they love to run, jog, walk, or skip!

Join us every Sunday morning to get active, make friends, and enjoy the beautiful Baltinglass Park.
