New Pilates Class starting again on Tuesday 28th February at 8pm in the Wesley Hall.
This class is for beginners and older ladies / gents.
The 7pm class continues and is for those who have done pilates or yoga before.
Classes are pay as you go and are suitable for all levels.
Mats are provided.
