April is Autism Awareness Month 💙
At Slí WorkAbility, this month is about more than awareness — it’s about understanding, acceptance, and meaningful inclusion in everyday life and in the workplace.
We recognise that autism is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Every individual we support brings their own strengths, talents, and perspectives. Our role is to create opportunities where those strengths can be recognised, developed, and valued.
Through our programmes, we support young people to build confidence, develop skills, and explore pathways into employment — while working with employers to create inclusive environments where people can truly thrive.
Inclusion doesn’t have to be complicated. Small, thoughtful adjustments can make a lasting difference.
This month, we’re encouraging everyone to:
