Empowering women with knowledge, tools, and confidence to take charge of their health and well-being.
Lead Facilitator Elaine Hogan
Women’s health specialist,
A natural lifestyle approach,
Women’s health is complex and combines different body systems simultaneously.
In clinical practice on a one-to-one basis, I work with hormonal imbalances across the lifespan. Reproductive health, endocrine, metabolic and auto immune issues like endometriosis, PCOS, UTIs, menstrual disorders and menopause.
General health issues that affect women’s health like cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, thyroid health and immune function are regular cases. Women’s health is largely affected by emotional imbalances, stress, inadequate nutrients and nervous system dysregulation. It is a policy in my clinic to address the underlying causes of any dysregulation to bring the body back into balance and support its optimum function. I use different protocols depending on individual needs.
