What to do to make night shifts easier!!
(Or if you're constantly waking up during the night, or travelling to different time zones!)
1. Set your sleep time and stick to it
2. lymph movement and hydration are ποΈ
3. Reset the circadian rhythm (body clock) with simple points to balance!
