This was me up until fairly recently!

Until you can set your sights on a feeling you want and balance the body to get there nothing will change ☀️

Balancing the nervous system and any stressors along the way is #1 for changing habits because even a change for the better is still a stress and something new for the body

Anything new or different for the body is a stress

There are so many types of stress and we just talk about "stress" or being "busy" but it's time to narrow it down to understand the response of the body!

When the body stays in survival mode, hormones change, digestion is poor and it effects everything we do!

Mood. Energy. Sleep.

It's time to change the negative effects!

Week 2 checkin from rebalance method ⚖️🌹

✔️2.4kg scale weight down
✔️Cravings and food noise are less
✔️Lots of journaling to understand stress or food triggers

All in all, a positive 2 weeks ☀️

Why is it that we realise when we start to get a flu but "forget" the constant bloating or tiredness we feel everyday...

The long term symptoms of struggle just become "normal", but theyre not and they shouldn't be accepted!

It's time to do something about that constant tiredness, terribly sore periods each month or daily bloatong or mood swings that send partners and friends into frenzies around us....

You don't need another quick fix - No need to look up "how to lose Xkg in X weeks" or "how to relax"...

If you treated yourself through times of change how you'd treat your child or your dog, it'd be totally different

And I'm getting if you think about some of the things you do or say or think to yourself, you'd be absolutely appalled if I asked you to say them to someone else...
