Incredible figures. We support universal design.

When will the world as a whole wake up and realise that inclusive design benefits everyone?

15% of our global population lives with a disability; yet our cities, our working environments and many of our amenities are still designed around so-called “Normality”

The result?

Global business losing out on the diverse talents of disabled workers;
Society forgoing the valuable contribution they should be making to cultural life, education and the arts;
And above all, disabled people missing out on the same life chances as their peers.

We need to see a commitment to inclusive planning, dramatic investment in inclusive design and a change in mind-set where lived experience is more valued!
