✨ Holistic & Angel Fair ✨

This Sunday, the fair is back in Swinford!!

Swinford is my favorite location for these fairs, maybe because it was the first one I ever participated in two years ago. And I am a creature of habit and strongly defined comfort zones!!! 😅

"Flipping Patriarchy" is the most important book I have read in a while, I think - I'll tell you why in a separate post during the week, when I find time.

For now, put it on your to-buy list, and definitely follow Man who has it all here on Facebook or on Instagram.

The entire book is so quotable, I could just re-type the lot here - but the author might have an issue with that... So I'll leave you with this one paragraph, that makes me rethink my own business approach and my offerings as Athena Reiki:

"Rarely mentioned in wellness marketing or by therapist is the fact that it might not be your fault that you do too much. It might well be a structural issue caused by a variety of factors largely beyond your control. You probably *don't* have an iron deficiency. Maybe you are just tired because you don't get enough sleep and your brain is overwhelmed by the mental and emotional load. Your response is entirely rational and predictable. However, it is apparently still your responsibility to do something about these bigger, societal issues."

Rahanni is a spiritual or energy healing method that very much centers around healing the heart and soul to address physical illnesses and symptoms.
