Karma - Eat Right Live Right Mission Statement:
‘For us at Karma it’s all about good healthy food and social responsibility? Also, a healthy body leads to a healthy mind!

At Karma we aim to produce great tasting and healthy food while at the same time keeping in mind our need to protect the environment. Eat Right - eating right will ensure that your body can reach and maintain a healthy weight. It will help cells reproduce and fight off chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes and thus helping you to maintain a more active lifestyle. Live Right - It is important that we acknowledge and try to reduce our carbon footprint. The eco-systems that help to keep us all alive are in danger due to man made pollution and carbon emissions. We can all do our bit to help out and here at Karma we aim to reduce ours by using bio-degradable and recyclable packaging and continuously working on our 'Sustainability Action Plan'. This plan highlights areas in where we leave a footprint, highlights measures to reduce that footprint and time frames in which to do it.

Our Story

It’s a super ancient word with absolute modern relevance.

Basically, it means action. You know, like you ‘accidentally take your sister’s

coat’ and next thing you know a bird poops on your head.

The sweet thing about karma though, is that when you choose to do good stuff, great stuff will happen to you in return. Like when you smile at some randomer on the street, and they smile back.
