Happy Mayo Day everyone!!! 💚❤️ I’ll be spending most of the long weekend with these two angels.

But the shoes will be off on Sunday morning at 10am for yoga practice. Hope to see you there. No yoga practice on Saturday morning or Monday evening this weekend.

This is a great time of year! It's time for rebirth, renewal and regrowth. A new beginning, with sunny skies🤞, longer days, the great outdoors, lots of movement, and a time for blossoms. And Yoga certainly is a safe space to blossom.

Gentle yoga practice is especially suitable to starting (or restarting) on this journey. Let's enjoy this moment. Hope to see you soon at one of our practice sessions. Give it a go!

HATHA FLOW
Hatha Flow is a more intense practice. We will move the body slowly and deliberately in different poses. It will challenge your strength and flexibility while also focusing on relaxation and meditation. the inhale / exhale is always important, and through these flows we will have you feeling reenergised and reinvigorated to get you over the hump of the week and bring you into a relaxing weekend. This is a safe, relaxing and friendly environment. All are welcome.
