COMMUNITY MEDITATION THIS EVENING 6PM-7PM ONLINE

Happy new year! I hope you are all keeping well and warm. It's been a chilly start here in the West of Ireland.

This week we are moving into a gentle reset - a gradual return to day to day routine. Leaning into practice at this time is a great gift as it reminds us that all we truly have is this present moment.

The real joy in practice can be found in community. As our wonderful Sr Stan Kennedy once said "Meditation is a uniquely solitary activity best practiced in community".
