To anyone struggling this💫 🎄 Christmas can look magical from the outside—tinsel, lights, matching pyjamas, perfect moments. And for some, especially kids, it is full of wonder.
But in my work, and in the stories people share with me, I’m reminded that this season can also be incredibly hard.

Behind the smile in a photo, there might be someone grieving.
Behind the wrapping paper, someone facing sickness, loneliness, financial stress, family conflict, or the weight of domestic violence.
There is so much pressure to be “happy” at Christmas, as if joy is mandatory and pain has to wait until January.

If this season feels heavy for you, please know you’re not alone.
Many families are carrying quiet struggles. Many hearts are doing their best just to get through the day.

Be gentle with yourself.
And be gentle with others—you never know what their Christmas really looks like on the inside. ❤️

As we welcome December — the final chapter of this powerful year — I find myself reflecting on how much I have shed what no longer served me, I have healed, released, and quietly grown within.

This time of year can bring so much beauty… lights, family, Santa, excitement. But it can also stir heaviness, memories, pressure, and the feeling that everything is moving too fast.

So here’s a little reminder from my heart to yours:
Try to tune out so you can tune in.
Take moments to breathe, to soften, to step back from the noise and drop into your own heart.
Let yourself feel what’s real, not what’s expected.
Give yourself permission to rest, to slow down, to appreciate the small things you already have.

December isn’t just an ending — it’s an invitation.
A chance to come home to yourself before a new year begins.
Be gentle with yourself this month.
Your heart deserves that. 🤍✨✨

Trust that what’s meant for you is already taking shape, even if you can’t see it yet.

Halloween finds its roots in Samhain (pronounced Sow-in), the ancient Celtic festival that marked the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter ❄️— a time when the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds was believed to be thinnest.

Spiritually, this day invites us to:
🕯 Honour our ancestors and the cycle of life — remembering that endings are simply part of the greater rhythm of existence.
🍂 Release and renew — letting go of what no longer serves us as we step into a new season of stillness and reflection.
🌘 Embrace the shadow — facing our fears and hidden parts with compassion and courage.
✨ Awaken to magic, mystery, and intuition — allowing our inner voice and spiritual guidance to speak more clearly in the quiet.

Tonight, we’ll be under the glow of a supermoon — a full moon at its closest approach, making it brighter and more potent than usual.

This is a powerful night for illumination, release, and transformation. The veil between the seen and unseen is thinner, and hidden parts of your soul may ask for attention.

✨ What you can do tonight:
• Step outside (safely) and let moonlight touch your face or your heart.
• Write what you wish to release. Read it aloud, then let it go (burn, tear, bury — choose what feels right).
• Sit in silence, journal, listen. What does your heart say? What do you truly want from your life ? Get clear on your intentions.
• If you have a glass bottle fill it with water and leave it out over night or a crystal if you have any, leave it under the moon — invite a gentle cleansing and a blessing, enjoy sips of your moon water over the coming days inviting all those blessings into you life 😉

Remember: the moon doesn’t force us — it invites. So be gentle with yourself. Let your intuition guide you.
