🧪 Why do some carpet stains “come back”?

The first photo shows a common issue called wick-back. This happens when:

Spills pe*****te deep into the carpet backing or underlay.

During cleaning, moisture pulls the residue back to the surface.

As the carpet dries, the stain “wicks up” and reappears.

How we prevent it:
✅ Controlled moisture – we use truckmount extraction with powerful vacuum for maximum recovery.
✅ Acidic rinse – to neutralize residues and stabilize colors.
✅ Grooming and proper drying – ensuring stains don’t return.

The second photo is the result after correcting the wick-back issue – clean, fresh and bright.
