Join me for an immersive soundscape .

An hour of deep rest, restoration, meditation & relaxation during this beautiful healing Soundbath with my beautiful new addition :"The eight corners of heaven" Don Conreaux Gong.

What to expect...

Please arrive early so you dont feel rushed and give yourself time to settle in. You will lie down on a yoga mat, with a pillow , blanket, and a heated eye mask will be provided to you. I will offer you rose oil for your third eye, and there will be Oracle cards available.

I will guide you through breath awareness and a body scan to help you relax & drop out of your head into your body before taking you on a journey through sound using Himalayan Singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Gongs, Drums & chimes.

Soundbaths create a deeply meditative experience shifting the brain out of beta waves(overthinking mind) to slower waves of Alpha, Delta & Theta. This is where healing happens. The bodies innate intelligence allows healing to occur when the mind has slowed down.

Some contraindications include sound sensitive Epilepsy, first trimester of pregnancy, severe mental health issues, recent surgery. Please get in touch for further information.

Great news .Another 5 week block of chair yoga continues in Maghercloone Community Centre starting this Friday for 5 weeks.

As it is funded by CMETB, it is only €25 for 5 weeks !

Come join us to breathe, move, stretch, smile, laugh, flow, relax & meditate.

Chair yoga has all the benefits of yoga but with no floor work involved.

Mindful movement that will make you feel lighter and more relaxed after each class.

Work on flexibility, mobility, muscle strength & lengthen while cultivating inner calm.

Tea/coffee/chats & craic afterwards to build connections & community engagement

This morning, i completed a 90-minute sound & energy healing session with a chakra set of crystal bowls combined with Rahanni.

This was a case study for my Master Diploma in Sound healing, which i am finishing this weekend with a two day intense gong mastery module in Dublin.

This session was so beautiful, heart healing for my client who feels so much lighter and relaxed.

Watch this space as next year i will be expanding group sessions to offer more 1:1 sessions of sound massage with himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks , crystal bowls, shamanic drumming & gong baths which can be combined with energy healing.

Yoga for all. A new 5-week block.

This class is a friendly, welcoming space for all ages and abilities, often with lots of laughs. It is a safe space to come and be curious about your body and mindful movement.

Male & females both attend.

This class will help you improve your flexibility, mobility & strength and help you to invite some calm into your busy life.

We start each class with a focus on our breath, grounding & centering, then we move through a range of poses and finish with a guided meditation and body scan to promote deep relaxation.

Yoga promotes longevity.... adding more life to your years. Yoga has many health & wellness benefits.

If you suffer back pain , hip pain, shoulder, or neck pain , yoga can help reduce stiffness and improve your range of motion.

A perfect morning.

Sunshine, nature, barefeet, a warm cup of cacao. Gratitude, journal, singing bowl, meditation, the aroma of incense. Giving thanks to Mother Earth.

Create moments for stillness in your day.
Whether it's a cup of cacao. A moment spent appreciating the sunshine. A grounding moment in your bare feet connecting with the earth.

A pause to consciously connect to your breathe.
A hand on your heart, grateful for your life.

A few moments of meditation, to pause, to breathe, to ground, to be grateful.

It's in simplicity that we find contentment.

Please note that there will be no class on 22nd Nov as i have a 2 day immersive training course this weekend.

This is a mixed level class that is beginner friendly. 🧘‍♀️

An hour of deep rest, restoration & relaxation during this beautiful healing Soundbath.

Combining meditation, guided breatheawareness, yoga nidra, energy & soundhealing , rose oil, oracle cards, florida water, Palo Santo,Sage & Incense. Allow your senses to be awakened.

Soundbaths can create a seeply meditative experience shifting the brain out of beta waves(overthinking mind) to slower waves of Alpha, Delta & Theta. This is where healing happens. The bodies innate intelligence allows healing to occur when the monkey mind has slowed down.

The science behind it shows the parasympathetic nervous system activates and stress hormones of cortisol, and adrenaline begins to decrease. Blood pressure lowers, heart rate lowers. Our breath slows.

The vibrations of the instruments can shift blocked stagnant emotions & trauma from your tissues allowed healing to occur. Breath awareness through a soundbath is paramount as you use your breath to release old stagnant energy.

Emotions are energy in motion. All emotions are valid they are feelings, visitors passing through. However, most of us are not taught this, so we suppress them. We hold them in parts of our bodies, which eventually leads to dis-ease.

The Western world is getting sicker despite all the advancements in healthcare. Stress & anxiety are prevalent not because of a lack of health care but because of our emotional health. Taking a pill might supress the symptoms, but it won't address the underlying issue, which can be a backlog of emotions stored in our body.

Allow the powerful vibration of sound to assist you to release what no longer serves you. Invite in that new breath, new pranic, life force energy & breath out the build up of old toxins, stress, tension, worries & anxieties.
