February's Monday Morning Circle with Sound Meditation and a Cacao Cermony is set for Monday 9th of February at 10am.

These are beautiful, relaxing mornings of connection with others and your inner self. What a lovely way to start your week pouring into you, regulating your nervous system, releasing trauma and stuck energy, and resetting for the week ahead.

A safe space thats been specifically put there to accommodate people like me, who are busy mammys, or for any other reason are not able to make events like these are they are mostly on in the evenings. Everyone is welcome 💚

Leaving this here before the madness of the Christmas rush starts Our beautiful morning circles with Cacao & Sound continue Monday January 12th 2026.

There mornings have turned into beautiful mornings of connection with the most lovely ladies (and some gents) showing up for themselves and making space to start their week in a beautiful way.

The connection between some of these ladies is something I noticed growing on the last session so Ive decided to help add to this, theres an option for some or all us to do a short nature walk in the discovery park afterwards. We really so lucky to have these mornings in a beautiful space in Castlecomer Discovery Park 🌳

Ive also decided to cap numbers for these mornings so pre-booking is essential. You can fm me or follow the eventbrite link in my bio.
