Reformer Pilates-⭐️New class starting next week ⭐️

This one is for the new mums 👩‍🍼

A class designed for postpartum mums focusing on gentle recovery.
Rebuild strength in a safe and social environment with likeminded people 🤍

We know life is busy at this stage and it’s hard to commit to a set block so we will run 2 classes a week Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12pm. Book in when it suits you with always the option to cancel if something comes up.

You are welcome to come in early to settle babies in, speak to physio or instructor about any concerns and of course chat to other mums.

Classes will be up on timetable tomorrow and available to book through GloFox app.
