😢😢 Devastating may they rest in peace god love their families..

Remembering the 5 young people killed on our roads in County Louth last night. Keeping them and their broken hearted families in our prayers.
Praying those injured in the accident will make a full recovery.
Also our thoughts and prayers are with the emergency services who had to witness such a devastating tragedy.

May the gentle souls of those who lost their lives, rest in eternal peace.

Fake news or information 🤔 Wilson is there science evidence behind this?

For new mothers struggling with milk supply, nature may already hold the answer. New research shows that consuming moringa, often called the “miracle tree” can naturally boost breast milk production, with mothers nearly tripling their supply in only five days.

The study focused on postpartum women who added moringa leaves or powder to their daily diet. Within a week, their milk output significantly increased without any negative side effects. Scientists credit this effect to moringa’s rich blend of nutrients, it’s packed with iron, calcium, zinc, vitamin A, and amino acids that support hormonal balance and lactation. It also contains compounds that stimulate the mammary glands, enhancing milk flow and quality.

But moringa’s benefits go beyond lactation. It strengthens immunity, reduces fatigue, and helps mothers recover faster after childbirth. Its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties also protect against stress, making it one of the most powerful natural supplements for postpartum health.

Many nutritionists now recommend moringa in tea, capsule, or powder form for nursing mothers who want a natural alternative to chemical-based milk boosters. Just one to two teaspoons daily can make a visible difference in both energy levels and milk quantity.

What makes this discovery even more empowering is that it’s simple, safe, and sustainable, a small leaf with big potential. Nature has always known how to nourish life, and this study reminds us that sometimes the best remedies don’t come from labs but from the earth itself.

For countless mothers around the world, moringa might just be the green miracle that keeps both mom and baby thriving.

🏐 Brendan O Shea Football Finalists. 🏐
U15 team storms into County Final!
The sporting spirit is alive and thriving in the school, as the Under-15 Gaelic football team has powered its way to the Brendan O Shea Cup County final, continuing a proud tradition of athletic excellence.
Their journey to the final has been nothing short of impressive. In the quarter-final, they overcame local rivals St. Pat’s with a commanding 4-9 to 2-7 victory, showcasing both grit and flair. The semi-final saw them face Coláiste na Sceilige, Cahersiveen, where they delivered a thrilling performance to win 7-8 to 4-7, securing their place in the county showdown.

This team’s success is no surprise to those familiar with the school’s sporting pedigree. Many of these talented players were part of the squad that clinched the U14 FAI National Soccer Championship last season, a landmark achievement that brought national recognition. Their versatility doesn’t end there—several team members also starred in the basketball arena, helping the school capture both the U14 Basketball Ireland National Cup and the 1st Year Basketball Ireland National League titles.

Such accomplishments reflect the school’s deep-rooted commitment to sport, with football, soccer, and basketball forming the backbone of a vibrant athletic culture. The Under-15 Gaelic football team now stands on the brink of another historic moment, and the entire school community is rallying behind them as they prepare for the county final.

Win or lose, this group has already etched its name into the school’s sporting legacy.

It's so important we encourage and support our young ladies to stay in sport as much as possible.

It's so important we encourage and support our young ladies to stay in sport as much as possible.

1 ɪɴ 2 ɢɪʀʟꜱ ᴅʀᴏᴘ ᴏᴜᴛ ᴏꜰ ꜱᴘᴏʀᴛ ʙʏ 20.

Irish girls have some of the lowest self-esteem globally. They’re not walking away because they’ve lost interest, they’re walking away because they’ve stopped feeling like they belong.

When girls leave sport, we lose future leaders, captains, changemakers. Because girls who play sport become women who lead.

It’s time to build spaces where girls feel seen, supported, and unstoppable. At Her Sport, we’re tackling the barriers that push girls out and creating pathways that lift them higher. If you’re tired of seeing girls pushed out or underestimated this is your moment to act.

Follow us, share this post, and use your voice.

Because every girl deserves to know she belongs.

Well done girls some fantastic games today by you all very proud.❤️🖤 Best of Luck tomorrow now again ️🖤❤️
