🌈 Exciting News for Parents — Our First Play Therapist Has Joined the Team! 🌈

We’re delighted to welcome Sophia Idowu, IAPTP registered Play Therapist, to The Misneach Centre.

If your child is struggling with big feelings, anxiety, low confidence, school stress, or challenges at home, Sophia offers a safe, creative space where they can gently explore their emotions through play — the language children know best.

Working with children and young people aged 8–18, Sophia supports:
✨ Emotional expression
✨ Confidence and resilience
✨ Managing anxiety and overwhelm
✨ Building healthy coping skills
✨ Healing from difficult experiences

She also offers parenting support, helping you understand what your child is feeling, what they need, and how to strengthen connection at home.

Her warm, developmentally informed approach helps children feel seen, supported, and understood and helps parents feel more confident and connected too.
