• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and choose your massage settings.
• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for maximum relaxation while using the zero gravity massage chairs.
• No need to bring anything special — everything required for the experience is provided.
• The red light therapy facial mask will be applied during the session; please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face if possible for best results.
• Phones should be placed on silent mode to maintain the peaceful, uninterrupted atmosphere.
• This is a calm, quiet space, ideal for deep relaxation or a gentle, mindful catch-up with a friend.
