First week of classes in the 2018 finished with our 6am Led Class; thank you to all of you that rocked up on such a cold wet morning, definitely not cold in the studio though! Thanks guys for keep coming back & doing your absolute best. ❤️

New 9:30am Pilates & Yoga, and New evening Ashtanga Yoga commence Jan 17 & 18. No previous experience needed for these clssses. Booking essential ASAP please. There’s something to suit everyone on the new schedule & if times don’t work for you, private tuition may work for you!
