Rosie is super relaxed after her Massage 🥰

All of the "real" babies loved their massage too with their mammys today.

Week 3 we focused on Tummy and Chest and then all the babies got their Tummy Time in when they had their Back Massage. We recapped over last weeks Massage routine and I demonstrated the Gentle Movements, a wonderful routine for when you want to massage and have fun with your baby without removing clothes or using oil.

Beautiful morning for our 2nd class. Today we focused on babys Arms and Hands and recapped the massage strokes we covered last week, Legs and Feet. I also demonstrated our wonderful Colic Routine which can help relieve colic, digestive issues such as wind, constipation and pain. The Colic Routine along with our other massage strokes were developed by the amazing for The International Association of Infant Massage .

What a wonderful morning 😊
It was so nice to meet all the new mums and adorable babies for our 1st Baby Massage class on 2023. Thank you all for braving the cold to make it to our beautiful new venue in Cavan
Week 1 we focused on Legs and Feet to introduce the babies to their first Baby Massage. Next week I'll be demonstrating our amazing colic routine which can help with digestive issues, wind and pain.

Cancellation list is now open! Our 5 week Baby Massage course starting 19th January in Cavan is now fully booked, thank you so much to those who have booked on, I'm really looking forward to meeting you and your new baby.

We will be starting another Baby Massage course hopefully early March so you can register your details now to be booked on.

Baby Massage is suitable from birth, it is a wonderful relaxed class for you to share special moments with your new baby along with helping with pain and aiding sleep.

Booking confirmations have been emailed out to everyone booked onto our next 5 week Baby Massage Course starting Thursday 19th January @10.30am. You should have all the information you need for the course including details of our new venue at Align Yoga Studio, 6 Townhall Street, Cavan.

We still have 1 space left on the course so if you want to join and learn how to massage your baby whilst meeting other new mums in a relaxed space please get in touch.

A little bit about me 😊
I thought I'd pop a quick post up to introduce myself to my new followers and to tell you abit about myself & Nirin Wellness.

I'm Ann-Marie 👋 I'm a mum to 2 girls, Niamh (9) and Erin (6) so probably my most important and busy job is as mammy or mom as my eldest has started calling me.

I decided to train to teach Baby Massage classes when my youngest was just a baby, our family was going through alot of changes and although looking back it was a crazy time to change careers, it has been the best career decision yet!

After seeing first hand how Baby Massage helped both my daughters with reflux, pain and sleep I was very excited to share all the wonders of Baby Massage with new parents. I completed my training with Baby Massage Ireland and qualifed as an IAIM Certified Infant Massage Therapist and 'Nirin' was born.

I have been running Baby classes in Cavan since 2017, I am so thankful to all the mums and dads who have came to our classes with their new baby. It's been an absolute joy to meet you all 🥰. I will be sharing our new Venue for our next classes with you very soon.

I truly love teaching Baby Massage, meeting all the new parents and the little babies. I'll be sharing more information with you about Baby Massage and the benefits to you and your baby, please get in touch if you have any questions at all.

Baby Massage can help. As part of our 5 week course we can teach you our Colic routine. You will learn massage techniques and stretches which can help reduce pain and discomfort your baby may be feeling. Colic, reflux and digestive issues are common in babies but your baby doesn't need to suffer. Baby Massage really can help your baby to feel relief from pain and help them to sleep.

Our classes will show you a special massage routine which can help with colic and abdominal pain, helping your baby to relax and improve their sleep.
