The most gorgeous classes last night to finish the year 🥰

It was just what we all needed - a little pause to rest & recharge before the big day - priceless ✨️

A massive thank you to everyone who joined me this year 🎉

We finished up our last Friday morning class in the mill yesterday with such an amazing group of commited yogis 💪

I am so blessed to have such incredible people cross my path and hopefully it will happen again - they all have a heart of gold 💛 I am so grateful x

A huge shout out to my Friday Yogis for coming out in the rain yesterday - clearly no one wanted to miss a Yoga Nidra 😅

And to everyone who's already signed up for our Winter term - thank you! We are nearly full with only 1 or 2 spaces left 🤗
