Yoga is a wonderful practice for body and mind. It has been practised for thousands of years and it has been proven to make the body healthy and the mind calm, so that contentment, balance and harmony can be brought into daily life. Yoga means union or to "unite". Everyone can practise yoga, even those of us who are unwell. Yoga poses, modified where necessary, help us to regain or maintain strength and suppleness of the muscles and joints. Regular practice of yoga may result in many benefits to both the physical and mental states. BENEFITS:

* Improves breathing & posture
* Teaches relaxation & mindfulness

Hatha yoga is suitable for everyone whatever your flexibility or fitness level is and is also excellent for beginners. Yoga classes are offered from a beginner to advanced level. Classes also includes a strong therapeutic approach that enable those with any body restrictions or injuries to enjoy a regular yoga practice. All students are very much encouraged to progress at their own pace. The class will include a gentle breathing practice, simple yoga poses using the breath that will stretch, tone and build strength and flexibility in the body and a wonderful relaxation to close to help you feel more grounded. An introduction to a simple meditation practice is introduced throughout the classes. Yoga is about having some fun and bringing lightheartedness in our daily lives while discovering who you are.

During these times of fast paced life, this is a perfect time to remind ourselves that there is hope and light at the end of the tunnel.

Often times when are are hurting, we respond in ways with anger, sadness or irritation.

What would it be like to send our wounds kindness, compassion, acceptance to balm it in some relief?

There may be energetic blocks that we are holding within us that can become obstacles to our contentment, inner peace and the life we really want to live.
