A quiz for the Craic!! 2026 Six Nations is well under way, and as we come to the end of a wet and windy February - the Irish Rugby Team seems to have a Spring in their step as they approach the last two games of the series. It is great to see some new players stepping up and seizing their opportunity to represent their nation.
Liffey View Physiotherapy is also celebrating a return to winning ways for the Irish Team, and so we are once again running a quiz for the last game of the series - IRELAND vs SCOTLAND. Predict the final score of the last match and you could be in to win an Irish Rugby Jersey or a complimentary Physio appointment (whichever is your preference). Just write your score prediction in the comments section between now and kickoff on Saturday 14th March at 2:10pm (one entry only per person) and you have as good a chance as any in winning. The winner / winners will be announced at the conclusion of the match. All the best, and enjoy the season!

SIX NATIONS FINALE approaches this weekend, and to celebrate St. Patrick's Weekend Liffey View Physiotherapy is running a Competition - GUESS THE WINNING SCORE of the IRELAND vs ITALY match that will be kicking off at 2:15pm on Saturday 15th March. All you have to do is predict the winning score and put your score in the comments section below, and you could be in to win a free Irish Rugby Jersey or two free Physiotherapy Treatments. Entrants must be 18 years old to enter, and you can only enter one score. No entries will be considered once kickoff commences. All the best, and Happy St. Patrick's Day!

It’s that time year when many people are preparing for family reunions, and climbing up into the attic to take out decorations, etc for the Advent season. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day in the month of December for many, so the pace of life also tends to speed up.
It is at times like this that our Back and Neck becomes more susceptible to injury for two major reasons:
1. WE DON’T TEND TO WARM UP before we tackle getting boxes and trees down from the attic.
2. WE DON’T PACE OURSELVES, and we try to do too much decorating or cleaning all at once.

THEREFORE, TAKE A MINUTE TO WARM UP with exercises and stretches before you find yourself in tight attic spaces.

And ENJOY A BREAK OR TWO BETWEEN TASKS, spreading the load of decorating and preparing for family visitors even over a few days.
