New year new you!!

Come here and I tell you… I really take issue with January. It’s cold it’s dark it’s miserable and I’m always a year older😬

I don’t like the new year new you jazz as I think it’s the wrong time to be making big changes. So at Clane Chiropractic we are encouraging you to make one small gentle change in January.

One habit I have is to sit with a warm drink before I start adjusting. It helps gathers my thoughts I can reflect on what’s ahead (and my patients appreciate my warm hands 😜)
