December and January can be exhausting months.
Resting and pacing are very important. There is an app called visible which can help you think about your day and how you are pacing. It is free to download and use.
Invariably we end up eating foods too rich in sugar and/or fat. It happens walking, meditation and yoga/pilates or other forms of gentle exercise can help us pace.
If you are living with a long term health condition the HSE run a free course. (I've participated and found it helpful)

Money, yup another stressor. We want to splash out and express our love through gifts. A bit of financial honesty does no harm. If you need help there are organisations like Mabs to talk too.

There are resources around to tap into...supporting each other through honest communication to me is a good place to start.
