Get your pre Christmas game on and join us for the last class blocks of the season. Next blocks of Pilates, yoga and strengthening classes start next week from November 3rd.

Classes will run for 7 weeks at a cost of €70 and are a great way to destress and take time for yourself before silly season starts.

Our remaining spaces are now online. If the class you want isn’t available, get in touch and we can pop you on our cancellation list.

🪷Our last YOU and bump block of 2025 starts Wednesday November 12th at 5:30pm 🪷

Join our women’s health physio, Maria, for our prenatal Pilates programme which aims to keep you fit and strong throughout your pregnancy and to prepare your body for birth.

Once you begin, we provide you with educational materials that Maria will touch on throughout the programme.

The block runs for 6 weeks at a cost of €80. You can book directly through our website linked in our bio or DM us and we’ll save you a space. Last few spots are now available.
