From the outset I'm not being paid for this but when you find make-up that suits your skin and made from all natural ingredients I needed to share it. Thank you . The hydraulonic foundation is just fabulous. I'm a complete convert now and loving the concealer and mascara. Thank you for the blusher and lip pencil. They are amazing. Again its in Limerick who stock and full range of amazing products. But all are available online

I love wellness, its my passion. I have worked in the health sector for over 26 years now. Everything I’ve done has been about health, my own, my family and work colleagues. I’m a qualified trainer and for a number of years ran a successful training company called Know More Training . That lead me to working in primary and secondary schools in the School Meals Programme where I spent 13 happy years looking after the the successful delivery of 35,000 meals daily. I used to love visiting the schools and teaching the children about healthy eating. After completing a Post Grad in Health Promotion- Workplace Wellness in NUIG I decided to change careers. Now I work as part of a Enteral Feeding team for Healthcare 21 training nurses and front-line staff in hospitals around Ireland. I’m also a founding member of a The Wellness Lounge. You can find us on Facebook. A group of us wanted to help people when Covid 19 hit and so we created this group so we could have a free platform to give advice and knowledge on all things healthy. I’m not a dietician or a nutritionist so there will be no treatment, diagnosis or advice on medical illnesses. I’m also a mom and wife so I can draw on loads of experience there.
