I have just shared my 0-6 weeks postnatal videos on youtube so if you are interested in some gentle exercises from 0-6 weeks after vaginal delivery and 0-7 weeks after Caesarean delivery check these out. They are short, simple and safe exercises for those early days after having your baby that will allow you to move and gently reconnect with your pelvic floor and deep tummy muscles as well as to prevent low back pain and some of the aches associated with rest and new baby tasks. There is an important emphasis on rest in those early days but these exercises will help you to look ahead to returning to normal exercise and also to dealing with issues such as resolving Pelvic Girdle Dysfunction, low back pain, tailbone pain, pelvic floor pain, vaginal pressure and more.
