My role is to guide you toward a healthier lifestyle, no matter what your current state of health. This is done drawing from skills and expertise gained over many years of study, research and practice. Herbal and Naturopathic medicine is based on age old traditions while also encompassing modern scientific thought. Naturopathic treatment is tailored to each person, so often even if two people have the same ailment, the treatment will not be identical. Often simple changes can make a large difference to your health. The aim is to introduce the correct conditions which will allow health to be restored. I also offer treatments to relieve stress and restore balance and a sense of wellbeing. I am a qualified, registered & insured Naturopath, Herbalist & Reflexologist. I also teach Yoga classes & workshops and offer day retreats. Yoga can bring many benefits to you, on all levels. Great for the physical body, eases tightness and tension, increases flexibility and strength. And also brings a sense of ease and peace and calm to your entire being.
