Here we have a client -
👉🏼struggling with a very stiff/tense neck
👉🏼restricted movement moving her head back and also side to side
👉🏼affecting her sleep
👉🏼impacting sport ability
👉🏼causing pain while working

1st 📸: dry needling into the traps (shoulder/back) following a deep massage into neck/back/shoulders.

2nd 📸: the movement the client was struggling with most. Here you can see the trapezius muscles that we targeted in the treatment - these run along the shoulders to the base of the neck and down the back.

3rd 📸: short clip post treatment where she visibly has a lot more range of motion and no pain/stiffness or restriction with putting her head back.

Unfortunately I didn’t video the before or side to side movements but there was a huge difference in range of motion and so much relief for the client in just a 60min treatment 👏🏻🤩

Both therapists put their hands to good use providing pre match rubs for their team mates to get their muscles firing for the big match and recovery rubs post match for those tired legs💪🏼
