I would wake up 3 or 4 times a night restless legs Getting up in the morning feeling tied. Napping during the day no energy reaching for the energy drinks eating crisps chocolate endless cups of coffee trying to get an energy boost. Having flair up of my psoriasis getting steroid creams from the Gp. I was introduced to these whole food capsules by a friend. At that stage I would have tried anything to get a restful night sleep. Hi my name is Alan for a long time now I have struggled with my weight and as a result of this a lot of things have started change my back and my knee started hurting my sleep was effected I was sleeping but the smalls noise and I was awake. Type 1 Diabetes Customer testimonial - Leona Tai

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when she was 6 years old. I knew NOTHING about diabetes when it happened. We were in shock as we learned we needed to give her roughly 10 injections of insulin everyday.
**type 1 is different from type 2.

The pancreas stops producing insulin completely and there is no cure. There is no relationship to bad health....it just happens!

Over the last 4-5 years we have adjusted to life with blood sugar level tests and insulin administrations around the clock. The times that we find the most difficult are when my daughter gets sick. With type 1 diabetes, when the body is under stress from illness, it has more trouble absorbing insulin. Normally her blood sugar levels continue to rise...which is dangerous as she produces ketones in the blood. A high or rising level of ketones means a trip to hospital for a few days while she stays on a drip and constant monitoring to get her levels back to a safe level.

This is where these incredible products come in.
Since she has been taking the capsules she has been sick on two occasions.

Both times we avoided a trip to hospital and she
developed hardly ANY ketones in her blood. One of those occasions she was actually on her annual diabetes camp, surrounded by nutritionists and nurses. They phoned me to pick her up because she was too unwell to stay. I always feel anxious when she gets sick because of the complications with her diabetes. I arrived to pick her up thinking a trip to A.E during the night was probably inevitable. Once home we gave her twice the amount of her capsules, lots of fluids and her insulin. By the morning she was much better. 24 hours later and she had completely recovered.

Her levels have been great. We still have ups and downs but there are definite improvements. Keeping blood sugar levels within the acceptable range is very difficult at the best of times but I feel that her body is no longer under the same amount of stress as it once was. She has bounced back twice, very quickly from illness that usually takes much longer and becomes more serious. I am happy to share my beloved Complete powder with her too as it gives her a healthy start to her day and doesn't spike her blood levels throughout the morning.
