Excited to bring our ‘Physio Led Strength Training’ and ‘Supple Over 60’ classes back Tuesday and Friday evenings. Both groups are physio led and capped with small numbers to allow full attention to each client. Perfect for regaining strength after a consistent injury or trying to recover from chronic pain.
