Numbness is not a flaw. It’s a protective mechanism.
Your body goes numb when it doesn’t feel safe enough to process what’s inside.
The place you start from is recognising that you feel numb, and understanding that there is so much more underneath that.
It’s not about trying to break through the numbness. It’s about being gentle and patient. It’s about creating safety and space and allowing the energy and emotions to naturally begins to thaw and flow - without tipping into overwhelm.
