As we approach the official launch of Live for Lorcan, we are excited to see the initiative coming to life across Electric Skyline, with our teams proudly wearing new workwear featuring the Live for Lorcan logo.
Developed in partnership with Marian Deasy, Live for Lorcan is a behavioural safety initiative created in memory of Marian’s son, Lorcan, who tragically lost his life in a workplace accident. Its purpose is to complement existing safety systems by focusing on the personal and emotional reasons why safety truly matters.
Through Marian’s story and the Live for Lorcan symbol, the initiative aims to inspire reflection, influence behaviour, and remind us all that the goal of every working day is to return home safely.
The official launch will take place at the McWilliam Park Hotel, Claremorris, Co. Mayo on Friday, 21 November 2025 from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm.
We are delighted to have contributions on the day from Sean Downey, Director of Safety, Education and Training at the Construction Industry Federation (CIF), Mark Cullen, CEO of the Health and Safety Authority (HSA), Minister of State Alan Dillon TD, and Marian Deasy, along with other guest speakers.

Electric Skyline is hiring a Planning & Procurement Officer. This is a key position to own & manage procurement activities and planning processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, supporting operational efficiency and strategic goals in a centralised business unit supporting our multi location depot and operational team.
We are proud to share that Electric Skyline has once again been recognised at the Annual Occupational Safety Awards, receiving two awards at this year’s NISO ceremony.
This achievement marks nine consecutive years of safety recognition as we have been honoured every year since 2016.

We are now a successful organisation and one of the main lighting specialists in Ireland. We know the main reason for our success is our people, we started off with a 3-member team in 2007 which are still the three directors in the business – Brendan, Bryan and Sean.

From management down we operate as the one team with the same goal in mind: Customer Satisfaction. Our customer base has grown steadily since 2007 making us one of the leading sporting, public, commercial and retail lighting specialists in Ireland. We value our loyal customer base which has come a long way from our one contract. Our projects are all specific and custom to our customer’s individual needs but all have the excellence, quality and innovation that Electric Skyline is known for.
Our areas of expertise are in the public sector, commercial, medical, retail, industrial and infrastructure projects as well as educational and residential. That withstanding our team also enjoy working on bespoke specialised projects.
