⭐️👣 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 👣⭐️

Firstly, I’d like to express my sincere thanks for your continued support and loyalty. It’s been a pleasure to care for so many of you, and I’m incredibly grateful that the clinic is now fully booked weeks in advance.

With that in mind, I want to inform you of two important updates:

🦶🏼 𝟭. 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘀
Due to ongoing demand and limited availability, I will no longer be offering house calls. This decision has not been made lightly, but focusing exclusively on clinic-based appointments allows me to provide the highest standard of care in a more structured setting.

🦶🏼 𝟮. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
I completely understand that life is unpredictable — plans change, and unexpected things come up. We always do our best to accommodate changes, provided we’re given enough notice to adjust the schedule accordingly.

However, when appointments are missed without notice, it results in a lost opportunity for someone else who may have been waiting weeks for care.

To help manage this, I kindly ask that a 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀’ 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 is given for cancellations or rescheduling.

If sufficient notice is not provided, 𝗮 𝟱𝟬% 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲 will apply and must be settled before any future appointments can be booked.

These changes are in place to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and fair access for all patients.
