Reunited at last.

After 48 hours apart my suitcase and I have finally been reunited.

In the meantime I learned several important travel lessons:

• Always pack clean underwear in your hand luggage
• Deodorant is not optional
• Hotel sink laundry is a humbling experience

Luckily I had dressed up for the flight - which meant my travel outfit doubled as an office outfit the next day.

Which, as someone who talks about personal style for a living, felt like a small victory.

✨Have been feeling super honoured, excited, and just a little bit sparkly ever since I got my finalist cert in the post a few weeks ago…✨

So grateful to be a finalist among such inspiring women. 🥰 And Friday was an incredible day of celebrating incredible woman and sunshine (remember sunshine ☀️) and a little bit of a breeze! 😬

Despite not bringing home an award, I’m still walking taller just for being part of it. ❤️

So… here’s to showing up, shining in our own way, and celebrating every version of success 💫

✨ I’m SO excited to share that I’m a finalist in the Network Ireland West Cork Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2025 — in the Networker of the Year category!! ☀️💃🎉

I only joined Network Ireland last year… and honestly? I couldn’t have imagined how much it would shift things for me — both in my business and personally.

From barely being able to talk about what I do…
👉 to now sharing my passion proudly
👉 mentoring other women
👉 joining the committee
👉 and connecting with the most incredible humans 💕

This nomination feels like such a celebration of how much this community has supported me to grow, stretch, and step out of my comfort zone — over and over again.

Huge thank you to for including me in the amazing EmpowerHer event that took place on 2nd March in Bantry!

Was a wonderful day, and I learnt so much! ❤️ Spending the day with likeminded super smart women is always a day well spent! 🥰

It is a privilege to get to menopause and I’m nearly excited to experience the ‘fires of transformation’ (thanks )!
