What are your roles, give yourself a fright and count them, no wonder your tired πŸ˜’

Think about your week ahead, is there something you dont really want to do in one of those roles, can you say no, for no other reason but just to help your own energy 😁 and remember when you say no to something you may be saying yes to yourself.

I am amazing to... I am not strong and everything in between...

Do have a look at the examples and sit with it for a while and see what feels true for you.

If your leaning towards the negative see if you can reframe it to a positive belief β£οΈπŸ’«

Day 7 - Letting go..

And so it is time to let that stuff go, after a week of exploring bits about yourself.

Can you now pick something that no longer serves you and start letting it go.

- Write it down, even if its something you thought you had let go of......go again be honest and it may even hurt a little but once your done, rip it up and throw it in the bin.

- Then take another page and write down one thing you are proud of, you can write a lot or a little here.
If your putting it up on a mirror, just take the main point of pride and tape that up for you to look at everyday for the next few weeks as we continue this journey together ❀️ πŸ’―

What you focus on grows 😊

What would you like to focus your energy on over the next while....mine is my physical health, I find it so hard to move in the winter so I'm going to embrace more physical exercise over the next few weeks in the lead into Christmas.

So much to be grateful for, but today's its cause I get to teach like minded people all about Reflexology and emotions trapped in the body. What's yours??

Day 5 - Strengths

I know your looking at the topic and thinking I dont know what my strengths are...I think you might surprise yourself when you look at the list of suggestions ( more in my stories)

Feel free to list more than 3 in your notebook today and embrace them, add a note to each of them as to how each strength has served you over the years, just one example will do.

Then a seperate list of three things that you were able to do, this can be as simple as
- it allowed me to get out of bed
- to doing a gym class
And everything in between, you are an incredible being who is able to do incredible things.

Now we are starting to embrace ourself bit more on Day 5 and perhaps we are still doing a little decluttering, and giving ourself some comfort and a sprinkle of self praise 🀩

Let's be honest we all have them 😁

Do you know what triggers you?

Of the top of my head for me its when I dont get enough time on my own and I'm hungry but ill explore it later and let you know where I go with that.!!!

My favourite and most calming thing to do is listen to music 🎢 πŸ’«

Check yours, and see if you can a little bit of self care, stretch, move your body, have a cup of tea, listen to music what ever you need to do....do that

Day 3 - Awareness
Take your time with this today, ponder it for a bit then write about it πŸ’«

Its ok to feel emotion, even the crap ones...
Living in a state of bliss is not reality but I do think we can find joy in every day.

First recognise what emotions you are feeling today if you can't pick 3, then pick 1.

Then check your body see if you can recognise it in your body, maybe through an ache, pain, tiredness...look at the body map in my stories for clarity of where the emotion could be in your body.

We can also do this in reverse where you look at the body map for where you are currently experiencing tension and get the emotion from that part of the body.

And then for the fun of it, to help create some space for the emotion to work through your system, find a spot in the house and declutter it, it can be a drawer, a counter top, a wardrobe πŸ˜€

Day 1 - Intention

When we start any exploration of ourselves we start with an intention

How?
Take your notebook and you can either use the intention in the image or you can set your own. But writing down clearly with today's date on top of the page is key for clarity. Sign your name to it.

Then..
We self reflect just for a couple of minutes and we write down three words that describe who you are right now... it can be emotional or physical

And..
Go about your day as normal, knowing that you have made a commitment to yourself πŸ™

22 is known as a Master Number, and is said to represent Balance, Harmony and Stability.

So for 22 days, I am going to post daily tasks, ways to support yourself and ways to get clarity and build on all that exists within you. Trusting that you have all you need in you ❣️

This is a commitment to yourself and I will also be taking this journey, its just that time of year, perfect to get some focus as we close one year and move to the next 😊
