We’ve drawn our Slumber Party competition winner and a big congratulations to Corina Glennon!

Thank you to everyone who signed up and joined us over the two evenings. It meant a lot to share that space with so many of you and to see women giving themselves an hour to slow down and just be.

Corina, we’re really looking forward to welcoming you to a full one-day retreat with us in 2026 and sharing that time together in person.

To everyone who didn’t win this time, thank you for being part of it and for showing up for yourselves. We hope to see you at one of our retreats soon and to welcome you into that space when the time feels right for you!

I want to thank everyone that joined me Friday evening for our monthly rest and restore class.

The theme was ‘The Pause That Heals’ So often our days are filled with movement, responsibility and noise. In that constant flow we forget that stillness is not a weakness, it’s medicine. Pausing gives our nervous system a chance to reset, our muscles a chance to soften and our hearts a chance to be heard 🫶 and remember, in that pause life whispers calm, and the world feels just a little lighter 🙏

Your body is your best ally, your oldest guide in every pose, every breath, every moment.
When you listen, you learn:
inhale calm, exhale release,
inhale strength, exhale doubt,
inhale presence, exhale distraction.

Yoga isn’t about changing your body, it’s about honoring it. Tune in to telltale signs: a twinge, a tremor, a sigh. Meet them with patience, adjust with care, and breathe through. Your body knows the way, trust the map it’s already drawn for you.

Breathe in. Ground down. Open up. Breathe out. Let go. Your practice begins with listening, and your ally whispers through every breath 🫶

Awaken Your Soul: Midwinter Slumber Party

A free online mini-retreat for women who are tired, overwhelmed, and craving something real this January.

Let’s be honest: January is not the sparkling, fresh-start fantasy we’re sold.

It’s the crash after the chaos.
The emotional hangover of family dynamics, overstimulation, hosting, over-giving, or just trying to survive December.
It’s the tired parts, the overwhelmed parts, the irritable and overstretched parts.
It’s the hopeful part wanting a reset… and the exhausted part that wants to curl up under a blanket until March.

If that’s you, you’re not alone — and this space was created with you in mind.

Why a Slumber Party?

Because midwinter asks for gentleness, not pressure.
Connection, not performance.
Truth, not perfection.

Our Awaken Your Soul Slumber Party is a cosy online space where you can show up exactly as you are:

✨ tired
✨ overwhelmed
✨ emotionally overloaded
✨ hopeful but not quite steady
✨ carrying the weight of the holiday season
✨ longing to be understood

No masks. No expectations. No “new year, new you” energy — just real support in a real moment.

What You Can Expect

This one-hour mini-retreat is designed to gently settle your nervous system and help you feel more grounded in the early weeks of the year.

Together, we will:

🌙 Make space for the parts of you that were activated over Christmas — the stressed, resentful, lonely, or stretched-thin parts.
🌙 Explore why January often feels emotionally heavy (and why that’s completely normal).
🌙 Learn simple, compassionate strategies to support your system through midwinter.
🌙 Connect with women who don’t need you to justify anything — they already understand.

As part of the hour, Catriona will guide you through a short, gentle, seated yoga experience, followed by a simple yet powerful breathwork session, and ending with a soothing meditation designed to leave you feeling deeply calm, renewed, and supported.

This is an accessible, nurturing practice created with tired and overwhelmed women in mind — a chance to soften, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Come exactly as you are, and invite a sense of ease back into your day.
