2025 didn’t start well for me!
Life got busy, emotions crept in, and I slipped away from the habits I learned that make me feel good! It happens to every one of us, even leaders.

But in June, I made a decision.

This year didn't start off too well!

I lost myself for a time! But back in June I found me again and decided to practise what i preach! I reached for my balance plan and threw myself in!

Life can always throw stuff at you! But if you dont look after yourself you cant look after others!

Fist pic was taken in June! Second last night! Eating properly and exercising is paying off!

Its never too late to start you just have to decide!
