Little changes with huge benefits. 😇😇

1. Using harsh foaming cleansers…
I see this all the time! We all love foaming cleansers but if it’s leaving your skin feeling tight and stripped it might be time to introduce a cream cleanser or even consider alternating between gel and cream.

2. Hot water messes up your skin barrier. Just stick to warm water and your skin will thank you.

3. Stop rushing it! Spend some time working in your cleanser for max results.

4. Gels and creams are not the best for removing makeup, SPF. Remember oil breaks down oil so definitely opt for a pre cleansing oil if you wear makeup.

This post isn’t about hating on filler ( we love filler!)it’s about understanding its limitations.

So let’s break it down….

Filler blindness is when someone becomes so accustomed to the gradual changes from dermal fillers that their perception of what looks natural becomes distorted.

They begin to see an overfilled appearance as normal or even ideal because their eyes and mind have adjusted over time…hello perception drift! 👀👀

That’s why before photos are so important. They’re a reality check, a reminder of how you started. Because too much of good thing stops being good.
