Our next online Bereavement Information Evening for bereaved parents-- regardless of the age of their child, circumstances of their death, or time since bereavement will take place online on Tuesday 17th February at 7pm

This Bereavement Information Evening is a special collaboration with our colleagues in the bereavement space, featuring voices from A Little Lifetime, Féileacán, and HUGG. Our guest speaker for the evening will be Brid Carroll.

Brid is a qualified Psychotherapist and Counselling Supervisor who has worked with a special interest in loss and bereavement issues for over thirty years. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Childhood Bereavement and a Higher Diploma in Bereavement Studies. She is a contributor to the Irish Hospice Foundation’s workshop series and serves as the Chair of the Advisory Committee of the Irish Childhood Bereavement Network.

This collaborative session brings together Brid's professional experience with the lived experience of volunteers from various perspectives on grief, from neonatal and infant loss to death by su***de of an adult child. These conversations bring to light new dimensions of grief, and can help parents navigating more complex grief feel less alone. All are very welcome.
