3/ Have a plan B ,it will give you the confidence to move forward, plan B should be a familiar place to your experience.

The difference between a problem and a worry.
A worry is abstract it’s got no real foundation.
We overthink and worry about what might be an outcome of any given situation, without any evidence that it’s actually something to worry about.
A problem on the other hand is something we can deal with ,as indeed we have many times before.
