Thank you all for your support.

Hopefully it will be another great year ahead practising the values that have served the clinic well this year.

-Addressing patients concerns.

The aim is to care for people, provide support and get them back doing what they enjoy.

Encouraging active involvement in the rehabilitation process is a big part of that.

Helping people understand , upskilling patients , making patients experts can really effect individual individual outcomes.

Knowing what you are dealing with makes it much easier to manage. Most importantly it helps with decisions and lifestyle changes and reduces the risk of things getting worse.

Back pain is common and effects many of us throughout our lives. Thankfully, serious or permanent damage is rare and the long term outlook is good. The vast majority of back pain will settle over time.
