This here is one of my nutrition clients whom I saw bi monthly at most. I would spend this time with him taking his measurements adjusting his nutrition bit by bit each time if necessary and giving him any and all of the direction needed for somebody who had the self discipline to chase thegoals they had in mind.
Aiding him with some gym programs to help shed any excess fat and build lean muscle was crucial to his transformation. His 'before photo' in fact is a picture from about mid way point of when he started working with me, as unfortunately he lost his initial photo.
The main things to note were, this young man took part in this during a very stressful year of exams where he studied, trained and ate well bringing him to where he is now, no excuses! As we can see he never had a huge amount of excess fat to begin with, but the numbers speak for themselves when we look at what he achieved... 75kg & 16.4% body fat to begin, finishing at 73.5kg & 9.5% body fat, with an incredible 3.8kg of lean muscle added and 7% drop in body fat.
So as you can see, the scales is never a great way to measure your progress, something more detailed and measurable such as a skin fold calliper test or BioSignature is always of great help when looking to achieve those ever desired goals!
