As of midnight l will be temporarily closing my doors again.😢

Thanks to all of you who trusted me in the last few months with your care, wellbeing and your safety. 🤗 I have followed all guidelines regarding tracing, hygiene and keeping number of clients to maximum 3 per day for both your health and mine. It worked just fine 💪

I have so enjoyed working with you all, interacting, providing relief and calm to help alleviate the stress of these times we find ourselves in. ☺️ Above all though l have just loved being able to do what l ❤️ and please god it won't be long till you are back. ⌚

Reflexology has been around for thousands of years and works on the premise that each organ and area of the body is mapped to a specific area of the foot hand or ear. The most common area is the foot. When worked by thumb hand or knuckle using various degrees of pressure it can help with many ailments.

Is the thought of back to school freaking you out?🚸

Getting to know me....

Welcome to bCherished Therapies where I am looking forward to meeting you all and having you enjoy the therapies I have on offer. As many of you now know I have started a complimentary therapy business from home. I am a qualified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Reiki Practitioner and Holistic Massage therapist and I am offering a full range of services.

My new life as a Complimentary therapist started after I was made redundant in 2015. I had previously always worked in Admin Roles and this was indeed a new departure for me but my introduction to this new world came as I looked for ways to de-stress. My health had been suffering and my diverticulitis had become severe.

I started with Reiki, which is a wonderfully relaxing treatment, great to balance nourish and heal and if certainly helped me. At this stage I was a few months out of work and everywhere I looked there were adverts for Aromatherapy products courses and not really intending to go there at first I found I was really drawn to the subject. This was my first course and I love how those little bottles of magic have such great power.. be it gentle or strong.. there is an Essential oil for everything.

Reflexology has been a revelation to me. I would have been skeptical enough and also didn’t like people at my feet but I felt so good after my sessions, I was amazed when my therapist (class mate) picked up on issues through the reflexes in my feet , I was totally relaxed after each session and the good vibes lasted for a few days. I found it fascinating and my case studies were an interesting bunch. I couldn’t get enough of this Reflexology. I had come full circle I Loved Reflexology and wanted everyone to have a go.
