More About One-to-One Mentoring
It is best to focus on one aspect or one topic of development during each lesson,for example, choose just one of the areas that you would like to explore. Each lesson will be tailored to your level of ability, as I work closely with my guides and they teach through me. The session is in line with your own current development and potential.

What To Expect From Your Session
Your session will take place through video on whattsapp. There will be a short discussion to ascertain your level of development and your preferred topic to explore, the lesson will be spirit led. A typical session may involve an expansion or attunement process offered direct from spirit whilst mel is in a trance state. (This is recorded for your continued practice) There will be a practice session where you link to spirit, or do a psychic connection, or other, under spirits instruction. As spirit works through me, spirit will help you to unfold your potential. In addition to perceiving your potential ,as a mentor I may suggest developmental tools , and practises aimed to help you to develop and unfold your abilities, going forward.There will be time allocated for questions at the end of the session.To prepare for the session please sit to center,and ground yourself and open your awareness to spirit.You will need a notebook and pen .
