If you are friendly & efficient, have excellent customer service skills and would enjoy working in a busy environment, then this position would suit you. Ideally some previous experience in optical/retail would be beneficial but full training will be given.

Responsibilities would include:
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Handling inquiries in person, online and by phone
- Booking appointments
- Assisting customers in choosing glasses
- Miscellaneous administration duties
- Minor spectacle repairs

Good IT skills and an efficient telephone manner are essential.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team priding itself on excellent customer service.
As the position may be split between our practices in Midleton and Cobh, own transport is essential.
Position can be part-time or full-time.
